Bob Nance
Bob Nance, President, Novation Systems LLC
Bob is the owner and Chief Executive of Novation Systems, which has provided technology consulting, management, and help desk services to companies nationwide for more than 20 years. His broad knowledge and concern for others drives his vision of helping his partner companies meet their compliance and security needs. As a US Navy Veteran with experience working with Universities, the US Army, Missile Defense and The Army Corps of Engineers, he is uniquely qualified to bring his varied experience to the companies that are in need.
Bob’s upward trek into the world of cybersecurity began while working on Human Genome Project and also at North Carolina State University in their science outreach program, where he learned to juggle, hit children with a mallet on a bed of nails and inspire the love of science in young minds!
Bob also volunteers throughout the North Alabama area as a mentor for technical contests and events, sings, plays several instruments and is a host on WLRH-FM (89.3).
Tobias Musser
Tobias Musser is the founder and CEO of MNS Group, an MSP/MSSP that specializes in Security and Compliance services and IT implementation for government contractors based in Harford County, Maryland, where he lives with his wife and business partner, Laura, and their family. MNS Group is a CMMC Registered Provider Organization (RPO) and Authorized C3PAO (CMMC Third-Party Assessment Organization), that provides CMMC, JSVA/CMMC, ISO, CIS, and CMMI audits, assessments, readiness, and preparation practices.
For more than 25 years, Mr. Musser has served as a business leader in technology and security with in-depth experience implementing the vision, practice management, process, and compliance for medium and small businesses. His extensive background includes providing risk assessments of information systems for defense contractors and commercial clients across multiple industries.
Mr. Musser, a cybersecurity evangelist, has served as a beta tester and consultant to various security and compliance software developers. He is a founding member of the Baltimore Cyber Range Consortium, the first company in the United States to provide cybersecurity range training specifically for workforce development. He is honored to contribute his knowledge and experience as a member of the Harford Community College Cybersecurity Curriculum Advisory Committee. Mr. Musser has worked in Workgroups under the Secretary of the State of Maryland as well as served on various boards, including the University of Maryland Medical Systems and the Board of Technology Subcommittee for Aberdeen Proving Ground Federal Credit Union.
